We started our business in 2009, and since than, have helped hundreds of busy professionals & home owners in their property journey.

Buying a property always come easy.

With that barrage of learning, we had moderate, yet unsustainable success.

Over the next 2 years plus, we were beat.

We were doing work for 60 hours+/week, spending tens of thousands in learning, & we were exhausted.

Our real estate business became a rollercoaster of expenses & emotion.

So at the end of 2013, we came to a crossroads:

“Do we want to go all in this business or do we want to hang up our hat & do something else?”

Because we absolutely love real estate, we chose to double down …

In 2013, we did a year in review of the market, study more in-depth, did a analysis on the many home owners' who are having winning properties & discovered something shocking…

While 80% of many working professionals & home owners are buying property based on their budgets, where they are familiar with, their short term needs and wants, or even following others advice. Just 20% of them are buying based on research, data and facts to make an informed decision.

…the 20% of working professionals & home owners accounted for properties that generated upwards of 6-figure profits in their properties safely.

So headed into 2014, we made a decision:

We decided to go all in on research, data analytics and numbers of Private Residential Property.

I attend the seminar with mind set of at this point of time, sell and buy property is the right time ? It is like what Edmund said, when the market is good , then what is your plan ? I was struggling with the understanding about property price and how to calculate P&L Due to many choice of properties in the market, I am also very worry that buying the wrong property will make me lose money since my age is already catching up.
