So at the end of 2013, we came to a crossroads:
“Do we want to go all in this business or do we want to hang up our hat & do something else?”
Because we absolutely love real estate, we chose to double down …

In 2013, we did a year in review of the market, study more in-depth, did a analysis on the many home owners' who are having winning properties & discovered something shocking…
While 80% of many working professionals & home owners are buying property based on their budgets, where they are familiar with, their short term needs and wants, or even following others advice. Just 20% of them are buying based on research, data and facts to make an informed decision.
